Nominees

If you are a broker or other nominee who purchased or otherwise acquired Bloom Energy Corporation common stock during the period from July 25, 2018, and March 31, 2020, and you received the Notice Packet in the mail, WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE ENCLOSED NOTICE PACKET, you must either:

  1. Provide to the Claims Administrator the name and last known address of each person or entity for whom or which you purchased Bloom Common Stock (preferably in electronic format (e.g., Excel, csv), or
  2. Request additional copies of the Notice from the Claims Administrator, which will be provided to you free of charge, and WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS of receipt of the copies, mail the Notice directly to all the beneficial owners of those securities.

PLEASE NOTE: The documents in the Notice Packet contain deadlines that could impact your customers’ rights.

If you are providing a list of names and addresses to the Claims Administrator, please do the following:

  1. Compile a list of names and last known addresses of the beneficial owners described above.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format following the “Electronic Name and Address File Layout” set forth in the preformatted spreadsheet which can be found by clicking here.
  3. Then you must do one of the following:

    1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

      Claims Administrator
      P.O. Box 2230
      Portland, OR 97208-2230

    2. Email the spreadsheet to info@BloomEnergySettlement.com; or
    3. Upload the spreadsheet here.

If you are going to forward the Notice Packet to the beneficial owners, request the needed number of copies of the Notice Packet via email to info@BloomEnergySettlement.com. You must mail the Notice Packets to the beneficial owners within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of the Notice Packets.
